I don't want to wear reading glasses !
We understand how frustrating your reading glasses can be. You can never find them when you need them. You can't use them while watching TV.
There is an alternative called Orthok that is working for many of our patients already. Using these special overnight moulds they can work and achieve all of their daily tasks without glasses or contact lenses.
The way we achieve is by changing the focus in one eye so it can be used for reading. The other eye is left so that it can be used for TV, driving and all other tasks. Once you have started wearing the mould in one eye you will see an improvement the next day. Within a few days you will be able to do everything you want without glasses.

I 'm 46 yrs old and have been having problems with reading and close work for the last 4 years. I work in an office and have to move around different rooms .
I also have to talk to customers look after the accounts using the computer.
I struggle to see phone messages and even shopping is annoying when you can't read package contents or prices.
I have tried different type of glasses, which do help , but ended having them hanging on my neck all day. I also tried day time contact lens which did not work as I got dry eyes so was not comfortable at all.
Thanks to Mike for suggesting ortho-k so that for the last 3 years I can ditch my glasses , be more mobile at work, and go shopping and enjoy restaurants free of glasses.
